Secretary Kay Helbling

I am a Republican because I believe in the principles of the Republican Party and support the ORP Republican Platform. I am a member of the CCRCC because I believe change happens only when you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work that is often boring but seldom without reward. Over the 15 years I have been a PCP, I have knocked on doors, made phone calls, stuffed envelopes, attended functions, hosted coffees, registered voters, testified at hearings, wrote letters to the editor and sent campaign postcards to my neighbors.  As a member of the Executive Committee I have held positions as Delegate, Lincoln Day committee member, PCP Co-Chair, and CCRP campaign Blitz organizer. I have been a volunteer for Oregonians in Action to defend property rights and an active member of the Taxpayer Association of Oregon to work toward responsible fiscal policy. But, as a member of the CCRCC, I am a Republican first and foremost. My loyalty is to the principles upon which it is established, principles that, God willing, will keep this country free and make this country strong. The next two years will require a lot of hard work to claim back the highest office in the land for the Republican Party. I will be standing next to you, unafraid and willing to get the job done.
