Letter To the Editor: Conspiracy

I sent this to the Lake Oswego Review. Several times. They haven't published it yet.

To the Editor:

The American middle class, as a political and economic power, must come together, and rescue a country on the verge of possible financial collapse and total corruption.

We have given everything asked of us for the last 46 years. We are financially, emotionally, and spiritually exhausted from a 55% tax to government at all levels.

Seven undeclared wars have cost us 100,000 dead and 200,000 wounded. Our 12+ trillion dollar national debt is more than the United States is worth. With no voice or vote, yet unborn generations have been sentenced to economic servitude for the rest of their lives.

An illegal invasion of cheap labor threatens to destroy the American way of life, and the ability to earn a decent living. Political power has done little to stem the tide of over 20 million. Eventually, they will become legitimate, and will muscle us from middle class to poverty, and possible homelessness. All in the name of competitive spirit.

We have lost the right to political representation at any level. It has been stolen by those who pay for power at any price. Congressional legislation is drafted in corporate boardrooms. Frustrated and angry, we exercise our electoral right in barely 1 out of 3 elections.

If there is no voice to challenge the criminal conspiracy that drives American politics, the middle class will disappear within a generation. We have become a victim of the Roman Senate.

The country needs leadership with no fear of courageous decisions to reinvent the United States government. Who among us will answer the call and save our country?
