Well what do we have here? A "LaBare" wannabe? I'm ever so happy to be in the company of rational people like Pat Smith. Mr. Phillips, your letter of 1-2 was so ridiculous as to be quite amusing. Like I "allow" mosques? Give me a break. As if any one individual has that much clout, except Obama. And of course there are radicals of all sorts, sure am glad I'm not one! As to our country "invading" their former countries? What kind of Kool-Aid are you drinking? How about helping those countries to become free? Spending OUR tax money and our lives HELPING them. Sheesh Mr. Phillips, please try looking at the real picture!
And, yes, kind sir, socialism will destroy our country just as it has destroyed, or nearly done so, many other countries. But if you think it's so great I have a suggestion for you. I'm a "seasoned" citizen who was a "domestic engineer" most of my life and now have no retirement and very little SS. My plan for you, Mr. Phillips, socialist that you seem to be, to be "so helpful" you may start sending to my bank, CCFU, $200 a week to help "redistribute" the wealth. Just send it in my name. I'll clue them in.
As to the Republicans destroying our country? Oh balderdash! How many Democrats have been In charge over the last 30 years? Oh I forgot, they inherit messes that they try to clean up. Riiiiiiight! As I've said in the past, for far too many years it has been a joint effort by both sides of the aisle as far too many upon arriving in DC forget that they are there to represent their constituents and not their own pocketbooks and power. And speaking of pocketbooks, haven't you heard about Al Gore? Left office as a mere millionaire and now is worth roughly $100 million because of his "global warming" lies? And what about the likes of George Soros and his ilk? All the bazillionaires in Hollywood that want our country to be socialist? Ya think they want to "share the wealth"? Not Repubs them!
Well at least your letter gave me more than a few headshakes and chuckles. And my "like" minded pals as well. Thanks! Oh yeah, one thing more, Vote No on 66 and 67 so you don't have to get "poorer". More lies being foisted off on the seniors and uneducated socialists!
